Successful financial services companies based in South West Donegal have an
immediate vacancy for an experienced, professional secretary/administrative
assistant. Principal duties include typing correspondence, preparing reports and
proposals for client meetings, maintaining and reviewing client files in compliance
with regulatory requirements and dealing with customer enquiries.

The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of three years’ experience
working in a secretarial, clerical or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written
skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft office essential. In addition; strong
attention to detail, complete confidentiality and the ability to work with a minimum
of supervision in a quiet office location important
