Client Service Executive

This role is within the Existing Renewals department dealing with Not for Profit Clients. The role will suit those who are energetic, motivated with a positive attitude and can work in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines.
• The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude. Ensure that procedures and compliance are strictly followed in relation to all areas i.e.: systems/compliance/timelines/products etc…
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters
• Resolve account queries by liaising with underwriters/clients and accounts while chasing up on aged debt
• Attend and complete all relevant training and maintain CPD
• Attend Insurance/sector  related seminars/meetings , workshops when required

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• CIP Qualification
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Applied Relay 360 a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of the Not for Profit /Charity Insurance sector would be an advantage
