Murray & Spelman (Financial Services) Ltd. continues to grow as one of the leading Financial Brokers in Ireland and we are now looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our team.

We are actively looking for an experienced Financial Administrator in Galway, who is interested in working for a financial services company providing administration support to the Director. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial and Mortgage Advisors, dealing with their cases from initial meeting through to completion, in a high volume, fast paced environment. The successful candidate must be self-motivated & able to use their own initiative.

The Role:

  • Providing a wide range of support to the Director(s) in supporting the financial advice function from inception to conclusion.
  • Requirement to liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisor’s to manage the workflow efficiently.
  • Recording client information in an accurate and compliant manner.
  • Process new business – updating back office system with case, scanning of documents, providing supporting docs to lenders as appropriate.
  • Track progress of business with Product providers and ensuring accuracy of outcomes.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, appropriate responses and updates to all correspondence/calls and enquiries.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer experience to our clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in financial services or a related customer sales/service role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task, manage and prioritise the workload to acceptable deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently & professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Organised, prioritise with attention to detail & have organisational abilities to meet strict deadlines often under pressure.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a professional/friendly telephone manner.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, team player & good sense of humour.
  • Excellent IT skills will also be necessary in this role.
