Job Title: Group Pensions/ Staff Benefits Administrator

Salary: €20-€25k (Neg) – Depending on experience – Part time

Terms: Part-Time Role (5 mornings per week) – Possibility of full time for the right candidate – Hybrid working available

Start Date: Immediate

This role will be suited to a strong team player who is highly organised, process driven and has the ability to multi-task while working accurately and calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Liaising with Third Parties in relation to Group Pension and Staff Benefits
• Quotations/ Processing new business applications/ renewals (Personal, Executive, Group), Policy Alterations and Reporting
• Ensuring all files are Compliant and in line with current regulations
• Monitoring/ updating pipeline
• Checking and Issuing Policy Documentation
• Ad Hoc Queries/ Duties/ Projects as required

Experience/ Essential Requirements/ Skills:

• Minimum 3 years Group Pension administration experience essential
• Life/ Investment/ Financial Services Administration an advantage
• QFA Qualified essential

• Knowledge of Compliance and AML requirements essential

• Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Process driven
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Positive attitude to change
• Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Excellent knowledge of MS software package
