Job Specification:

Our client, a Kildare based commercial broker, has a need for an experienced Insurance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a professional rapport with customers when arranging, altering or renewing their health, car, home and personal insurances.


Key responsibilities:

  • Issuing renewal documentation to clients and following up to ensure retention of the account
  • Management of the health insurance portfolio, acting as a tied agent
  • Issuing motor and home insurance new business quotations
  • Servicing of accounts including mid-term alterations, handling of claims etc
  • Dealing with client queries and providing excellent levels of service to our clients
  • Adhering to all compliance requirements


Skills & Qualities Required:

  • Experience in a general insurance / health insurance, minimum 2 years
  • APA
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
