Working as a member of the Personal Lines Team, the role will involve the development of a strong relationship with the existing client base, provision of excellent service and active management, along with procurement of new clients.
Issue and negotiate renewals, re-broking and finalising insurance placements. Action all mid-term alterations and processing claims.
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential. The individual must be self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team. Possess excellent communication skills. Sales and customer focused and committed to providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of the Relay system would be a distinct advantage. APA/ CIP qualified an advantage but not essential
