Brokers Ireland Annual General Meeting 2019

Dear Brokers Ireland Member,

We are delighted to invite all members to attend Brokers Ireland AGM which takes place on Thursday the 23rd of May 2019 in the Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Co. Dublin.

It is in the interest of all members to attend the AGM in order to be fully briefed and updated on the activities of the Association and to give feedback to the organisation on setting our agenda for the forthcoming year.  We strongly urge as many members as possible to attend this important meeting on 23^rd May.

10.10   To receive the President’s Report and (Notice Items 5) to review the company’s affairs –

10.25   (Notice Items 1 & 2) To receive the financial statements and reports for the year ended 31.12.18 and to re-appoint Grant Thornton as auditors

11.05   (Notice Items 3 & 4) To elect board members upon the retirement of three directors by rotation and to elect the new President and Vice President

11.15   To receive the new President’s address

11.30   To receive the report on Brokers Ireland branding project

11.45   To transact any other business
