Brokers Ireland is delighted to host training workshops for brokerage employees on Covid-19 which will focus on the most up to-date public health and work related advice, considerations and guidance in terms of an employee’s duties, responsibility and protection. When an employee completes the course they will be sent a Covid-19 Certificate which they can send to their employer for their records prior to returning to the office.
The training will cover general Covid 19 awareness course that is aimed at all staff members and covers the basics of social distancing at work, hand hygiene, what to do if you’re feeling unwell etc. There is information specific to each firm that should be communicated to employees prior to them returning to work i.e. where your isolation room is etc. This half hour webinar will outline the latest advice and guidance on public health work related topics for employees and will cover:
- What a worker should do if they develop symptoms of COVID-19
- Details of how the workplace is organised to address the risk from COVID-19
- Outline of the COVID-19 response plan
- Identification of points of contact from the employer and the workers
