The working environment for employees is constantly changing and organisations need to ensure they stay ahead of work practice trends in order to remain attractive and competitive within their industry. Companies have been investing in workplace wellness, but are they doing enough and are they investing wisely?
Work Wellness Survey 2020
The 2020 360 Search Work Wellness Survey has been devised to gain insight on current working environment trends and how they impact employees. As Brokers Ireland recruitment partners, 360 Search are urging members to take part in their anonymous survey in order to understand and analyse important workplace factors, such as exercise, employer benefits, employee recognition, causes of workplace stress and more.
