Join Brokers Ireland for our Annual General Conference which takes place on Wednesday 21 November 2018 in the Hogan Suite, Croke Park, Dublin from 0800-1300 hrs. We’re delighted to announce that this event is once again being kindly supported by Willis Tower Watson.
The Annual Conference which is titled ‘Industry Outlook’ will be officially opened by Minister of State, Michael D’Arcy (Public Expenditure & Reform with special responsibility for Financial Services and Insurance) will explore a variety of industry relevant Broker topics including:
- Irish and European market developments;
- Insurance Directive Distribution (IDD);
- Cyber Security;
- Data Protection post GDPR implementation;
- Practical guide to Brexit for Insurance Brokers;
- Business mentoring on future challenges facing brokers
There are a series of interesting and thought-provoking key note presentations scheduled on the day from key market influencers and recognised presenters. The Conference convener and MC will be David Davin-Power Political Journalist and Commentator.
The registration fee for the Conference is inclusive of your Brokers Ireland membership fee (applicable to two representatives per Brokerage) and the event will include breakfast and lunch. Up to 3 hours CPD accreditation (subject to approval) is available to registrants who attend the full morning session. The event is aimed at Brokers Principals and Senior Brokerage Executives and we and strongly encourage at least one representative from each Broker office to attend.
