The 26th of April has been selected for the full commencement of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015. The Decision Support Service has indicated that the associated codes will be published later this month along with information guidance documents and videos. A webinar for members will be held with the DSS on the 4th of May – Details to follow.
