Broker Marketplace Survey – Tell Us What You Think

Tue Jul 23 2019

Wholesalers Capital IM, KIDD and Covercentre, have come together to form a broker marketplace that offers Irish Brokers secure capacity and a wider choice of Commercial and Personal Lines products via one easy to use source. Plans are in place to combine the strengths and expertise of the teams at CapitalIM, KIDD and Covercentre and to trade under one company name that delivers excellent customer service. The key focus is to do all possible to help you place cover for your clients.

External research and insights agency W5, will delve deeper into understanding the needs of Brokers from this new Wholesale solution, through an independently facilitated online survey. Brokers who have worked with CapitalIM, KIDD and Covercentre will already have received an email with a link to the survey from W5. Brokers are invited to rate the quality of service received in the past and to list your needs from a Wholesaler as we move forward in a new age of insurance broking, keeping pace with the changing needs of Irish Insurance consumers.

This research project is a significant investment and shows real commitment to truly understanding Broker needs by taking a customer first approach to product development. Check your inbox for the survey and please do take the opportunity to have your say. Alternatively, you can access the survey through this link

This is your chance to influence the direction this new and improved Wholesale offering will take to deliver the best possible service to you.

On completion of the survey you will also be given the option to enter a draw to win one of three One4All vouchers, each to the value of €100.
