Following Brokers Ireland’s Members’ Forum in Portlaoise on 24 October 2019, where Insurance Broker software issues were high on the agenda, we have since been engaging with Applied/Relay and Open GI in relation to the matters raised, as well as potential new market entrant, Acturis.
On 8th January 2020, a productive meeting took place with the CEO of Open GI, Simon Badley and some users of their system, where Members’ operating issues were raised and discussed with the company.
Brokers Ireland will keep you updated on progress in this area and assure you that we will keep this important issue prioritised throughout the year, bearing in mind its importance for our Members’ businesses.
