 The 2019 General and Financial Insurance Excellence Surveys is currently in circulation to members and open to Brokers to complete until Friday 27th September 2019.  This valuable research helps benchmark and measure the service performance levels provided by insurers to Brokers within the Irish marketplace across a list of Broker relevant rating attributes.  The 2019 General and Financial Services Excellence Survey is based on Brokers experiences of insurance providers across a range of facets including products, pricing, Broker support and technical co-operation.

Research results provide a rich data-set of information and feedback to Insurers on all critical service functions from underwriting to claims, Broker training, investment performance; staff support; pricing; approach to sales and marketing to the quality of technical support. The information gathered helps to provide a valuable insight into the current state of the market across financial, general and mortgage insurance products.
