Brokers Ireland Network Services – Mortgage Training

I hope you are keeping well. I am conscious that many of you had hoped to attend the intensive mortgage training courses which Brokers Ireland Network Services offer, normally provide on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer these programmes to you in a group setting as we continue to adhere to the social distancing rules that are in place during the Covid-19 health crisis.
I have however revised the training programme and am delighted to offer you the following alternative options, making these session available to Brokers and their staff. These sessions will now take place from the 25th May via:
- Split screen
- Phone
- Skype
- ‘Go to Meeting’
Each training sessions will be split into 6 parts and depending on your requirements, you can sign up for as many as you need. Please note this is not the Board Member 6 hour Training.

These sessions are covered under €500 annual charge for Brokers Ireland Network Services. This fee also provides an advisory and training service along with a run-by service where you can submit your cases and queries for a pre-screen review.
Financial advice in the current economy is vital to your clients, whether they are purchasing their first home, switching their mortgage, or looking at investment properties. Brokers Ireland Mortgage Services continues to offer its members choice in the Broker lender market, and an opportunity to expand its members mortgage business. Our main objective is to allow for access to almost all the lending institutions that operate through the Broker market.
Brokers Ireland Mortgage Services also offers you a cost-effective processing facility. Some Financial Brokers feel that the time and cost of processing a mortgage application can outweigh the benefits gained. You may not have the time to send in your applications and key it up on lender systems yourself, but if you are part of a packaging facility such as Brokers Ireland Mortgage Services these time consuming tasks can be done for you, in turn making the offering of a mortgage service to your clients more attractive.
