Central Bank Industry levy

The Central Bank Brokers Ireland have issued industry levy invoices by email to regulated firms in respect of the 2025 levy.

The 2025 levy is calculated as follows:

• Minimum levy €1,198 (6% increase on levy 2024 rate of €1,130)
• Threshold level of total income from fees and commissions of €205, 000 (threshold has been increased by 5% from €200, 000)
• Variable levy of 0.21% (same as levy 2024) applies on income over threshold
