Diversity & Inclusion Survey 2022

Last year to gauge how we as an industry are doing in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, Brokers Ireland and Insurance Ireland conducted an industry wide survey. This survey focused on gender, ethnicity, nationality, and age.
This year we will be conducting the survey again. The responses to this survey will be aggregated into an overall insurance industry-wide report. Individual responses will not be included in the report. Brokers Ireland will maintain the confidentiality of the responses, but will share the aggregated responses with third parties involved in the preparation of the report (including Deloitte). A supplemental question has been added to the 2022 survey in relation to hybrid remote working to gain more insight into the diversity landscape of the insurance industry.
Please take 5-10 minutes to fill in the survey which will be open from Thursday the 2nd of June to Monday the 20th of June.
