Growing Your Mortgage Business

Thu Jan 30 2020

Lenders continued to support the residential mortgage market in terms of mortgage market activity in 2019.  A new decade is upon us and 2020 is set to be a busy year for lending, we are currently seeing weekly enhancements to both criteria and rate which is being welcomed by our members.  With such a variety of lenders and products in the market it is a great time for you to grow your mortgage business.

First Time Buyers, Home movers, Switchers, Equity release and Self Builds, Buy to Let mortgages, Pension mortgages and Non-resident mortgages.  These are all options open to your clients, and some lenders have preferential offers such as cash back, switching incentives and other offers to attract consumers.  The government’s Help-to-Buy scheme having also been extended is another bonus to those First Time Buyers.

Clearly the mortgage market is ever changing and developing and as such can leave the broker somewhat overwhelmed in an evolving climate.  Brokers Ireland Mortgages provide updates on these changes and training to our members on a regular basis, making it easier for our members to place mortgage business.  We offer an enquiry service, and our dedicated staff are always available to assist our Financial Brokers with any queries, offering an efficient back office service to you.

Brokers Ireland Mortgage Services are non-exclusive, meaning you can use your own agencies where you hold them and submit through our agency to banks you do not have a direct agency with.  The key benefit is you will receive the full commission on the application as if you submitted the case directly as Brokers Ireland pass on the full commission to you.
