Further Information on CBL Insurance Europe DAC

With regard to the circular that we sent out today in connection with CBL, we would like to clarify a number of queries raised by members. Please note that CBL apply a €75 euro cancellation fee for those policies in their first year of insurance. We have discussed the issue with Wrightway Underwriting and following efforts to waive the cancellation fee, we regret to inform they were unsuccessful.

Also, please note that there will be no rebate of amounts of €20 or less.
