Introducing Applied Community

Applied Systems have recently introduced Applied Community to the Irish Market.
Applied Community allows brokers to carry out a number of important functions including managing service cases, accessing training materials and support assistance via the Live Chat feature. Applied Brokers are encouraged to register for access and enjoy the benefits the portal provides. Applied Community is an online self-service portal that allows brokers to carry out a number of important functions including:
Service Case Management
Brokers will now be able to create, update and close service cases via the portal instead of having to phone or email the support team.
Accessing Live Chat Support
Brokers will now be able converse with a support agent via our Live Chat Support feature.
Accessing Training Materials
Brokers now have access to our full suite of training guides and videos via the portal, as well as our latest release notes so you are aware of new features and fixes that are included in releases.
Access to the Knowledge Centre
Brokers can now access support articles via the Knowledge Centre in the portal. These articles are a mixture of advice on product processes and updates on current product issues/bugs.
Ask the Community
Brokers now have the ability to communicate with other brokers via the portal network. You can post questions to the network, as well as answer questions posted by other brokers on how to get the best use of Applied Systems products.
Applied Community is FREE for all Applied Systems Brokers.
To access Community please email email@example.com and advise which users in your office should have access. Please include their full names and email addresses.
Nominated users will then receive an email with an access link and log in details.
