Mortgage Intermediary Renewals

The Central Bank have advised that they are running an initiative to give intermediaries whose mortgage licence has an expiry date, an opportunity to submit their mortgage renewal application at an earlier point and that those applicants would benefit from some additional support from the team, such as a dedicated webinar focusing on mortgage renewal applications.
The Central Bank have indicated that they are seeking expressions of interest from firms who wish to participate in this initiative. Applicants can register their interest by emailing the RIAuthorisations@centralbank.ie mailbox by 30 November 2023.
