MyBrokers Ireland are delighted to announce some of the key dates for our events of 2019, such as the Llyods Trip and The Climb
The trip to Lloyds London headquarters will beThursday May 2nd.
The Lloyds trip is a great experience for Brokers to learn and understand more of the underwriting process. The trip allows you to:
- Gain a better understanding of how to access the Lloyd’s market by experiencing the underwriting room
- Provide networking opportunities to meet Lloyd’s underwriters and brokers specialising in Irish business, including Personal Lines, Commercial, SME and Schemes/affinity business
- Meet with Senior personnel from the Corporation of Lloyd’s and increase your knowledge about new products and specialist classes of business at Lloyd’s
- Find out more about Lloyd’s broker registration and the coverholder (delegated underwriting authority) approval process

The Climb will be Saturday 20th of July 2019.
The Climb is our annual charity event, and this year will be the 10th year of this event.
The Climb is an annual climb of Croagh Patrick, Westport Co. Mayo.
In the past there have been over 120 Insurance and Financial Brokers together with their friends and families who took on the mammoth challenge that is the climb of Croagh Patrick. There is an entry cost, where 100% goes to our dedicated charity partner.
We invite any who have attended in the past to attend what will be the final year of The Climb. We also encourage new attendees to attend and enjoy the fun atmosphere of this event.
