Cillian Leonowicz, Director, Technology Consulting
Cillian is a Director in Technology Consulting specialising in Digital Innovation and Exponential Technologies. He leads EY’s Digital Customer and Blockchain teams in Ireland. Before joining EY Cillian co-founded and led an EMEA Blockchain Lab for a Big 4 firm and was the firms FinTech Lead for Ireland serving on the firms European Taskforce for FinTech Disruption and Digital Innovation. Previously he served as Global Head of Digital Innovation and Client Solutions Consulting for a world leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management solutions and KYC.
He has over 10+ years’ experience across Business/Digital Transformations, Programme & Project Delivery, Service Delivery and Strategy development and execution. Multi-sector experience across commercial and public sector clients. Global experience with career covering roles in USA, UK, Singapore and Ireland.
Hesus Inoma, Director, EY Parthenon
Hesus is an experienced Tech, FinTech and Financial Services Strategist, combining expertise in value creation, value preservation, growth optimisation and ecosystem strategy in advising Governments, Financial Services firms, Startups and Scaleups. He has deep expertise, gained across multiple organisations, in identifying and working closely with High-Potential Tech companies, supporting Founders, CEOs and Boards in building strategies to realise their growth opportunities, operationalising scaling their businesses and raising capital.
Prior to joining EY Parthenon Hesus was the Head of Digital and FinTech for a Professional Services firm where he led the establishment of the Open Finance Hub whose goal is to enable clients to research, innovate, test, implement and optimise Tech solutions to address real world business problems.
Rachel Maher, Manager, Technology Consulting
Rachel is the Product Owner for OpsChain ESG At EY. She has significant experience in public sector innovation and developing digital and emerging technology strategies. Rachel has been involved in the blockchain space for the past five years, working originally as a founding member of one of the Big Four’s EMEA Blockchain Lab.
Rachel is extremely passionate about the role that technology can play in sustainable transformation and is driving development through OpsChain ESG to support a more sustainable future.
