ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Gary is a law graduate from University College Cork (1990). He trained with Arthur Andersen, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1994 and as a tax professional in 1995. Gary has over 25 years experience advising domestic and international clients regularly on virtually all Irish tax areas, including VAT, Personal Tax, Corporation Tax and Capital Taxes, as well as in negotiations with Revenue. He also assists clients with tax queries raised by banks/ receivers/similar entities where complex tax issues frequently arise. Gary’s practical and technical tax expertise is combined with a strong commercial and professional awareness built up over his thirty-year career to date as a tax specialist.
