The webinar is being presented by one of Ireland’s leading experts on financial lines claims. Peter Lennon of Ronan Daly Jermyn (RDJ) has over 30 years’ experience, both in the defence of insurance claims and providing specific insurance advice to all of the major underwriters in the Irish market, as well as to a significant number of Lloyds Syndicates in Ireland. Peter acts on behalf of CGPA Europe / A.R. Brassington the largest providers of professional indemnity insurance to Insurance Brokers in Ireland and has particular expertise in defending claims against Insurance Brokers. He has represented insurance brokers in a wide variety of cases before the Courts and the Ombudsman. During the webinar, Peter will provide particular insight into the potential exposures faced by Insurance Brokers, as well as how your Brokerage can best address the issues that may arise in connection with clients who have experienced loss associated with COVID-19
