Brokers Ireland in conjunction with Grant Thornton are delighted to host a training course (two sessions) for Financial Brokers which will focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters and Sustainable Finance. This interactive training session will take place on 15th and 16th of November will be delivered virtually over two sessions and offer participants the opportunity of one-on-one access with industry experts and insight into real-world case studies.

Module Two (16th November 2023: 1000-1230 hrs) : building from the previous session, this presentation will take participants through their current regulatory requirements.

The aim of this module is to assist participants in understanding Sustainable Finance regulation as it pertains to Brokers and its impact on their client interactions. Areas such as the requirements under the Insurance Distribution Directive, EU Taxonomy and Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) will be covered in depth with Q&A sessions built-in to the session.

Please note that CPD will be applied for and will be dependent on accreditation approval from the educational bodies for participants who attend the full duration of each session. When registering for this training course, please register for both the 15th and 16th November 2023. This event is  limited to 60 participants and a cancellation list will apply once this course is fully subscribed.
