The Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Ireland (MIBI) is running a CPD webinar for members to outline the new National Fleet Database on Tuesday 20 September 2022. The Road Traffic Act requires motor insurers to upload policy, vehicle, and named driver data to a central insurance database managed by MIBI. The updated Road Traffic and Roads Bill (2021) once passed into law will impose new obligations on Motor Fleet and Motor Trade policyholders.
